A true taste of home with the best hosts!
Bar Amigos is hands down my favorite local bar, and it is all thanks to the incredible atmosphere created by the owners, Chris and Lloyd. They are genuinely some of the most hospitable and friendly people you will ever meet, always greeting everyone with a smile and a great sense of humor. No matter who walks through the door, they make you feel right at home, comfortably chatting and welcoming everyone in both English and Spanish.
Beyond the fantastic service, the food is absolutely spectacular. Everything on the menu is delicious, but their fish and chips are a standout feature that you absolutely have to try. For me, it provides that perfect, comforting taste of home and I cannot recommend Bar Amigos enough, if you are looking for great food, and a warm, inviting neighborhood spot.

What a lovely bar! Run by a super-friendly couple Lloyd and Chris.
We stopped for a late night drink - they should have been closing but were happy to let us stay for a drink which we enjoyed on the lovely terrace (overlooked by a beautiful church).
Wish we’d come here for food (had a disappointing meal at Pelut earlier).

Lovely, friendly bar in a great location. Frequented by all nationalities. The guys that run it work hard to ensure a relaxed environment. Nice coffee and freshly made food all day. Really enjoyed the fish and chips on Friday, the fish was perfectly cooked. The bar is well stocked with every drink you could ask for. even better now they have Turia on draught!! Estábamos mi familia y yo de turismo cultural y nos recomendaron este bar. Fué un respiro por qué fuera hacia mucha calor y llegar y poder tomarnos fresquita una tónica Schweppes y estar fresquitos dentro hasta que abrió la iglesia de San Rocío para visitarla fué un gran alivio. Además tienen exposición de cuadros a la venta y postales que ya se están perdiendo. Limpios los baños y sofás muy cómodos.
